I learned about Strain/Counterstrain during a webinar. then I found ARC and Alison Ferguson. Finally, PT that works. It not a gentle supervised exercise program, it actually heals the source of your pain. Highly recommended.
Kevin Cronin, founder and lead PT is simply marvelous. He is committed, easy to communicate with, extremely intuitive and effective. I can not recommend Kevin and this organization highly enough. Kevin's approach is gentle, powerful and impactful. He is deeply committed to helping his clients - and in some ways what he does seems magical. Allison Ferguson, our amazing therapist at ARC, is MAGIC!! My wife had a serious back issue & I had painful arthritis in my leg. 2 Orthopedic surgeons INSISTED that my wife needed back surgery, but her Neuro Surgeon told her to see Allison instead. My rheumatologist told me to see her for my arthritis. Madame Allison Ferguson, has been my physical therapist from April 2018 thru October 2018. I had a bad fall falling on on over 12 stairs ... on the way to my 1 and 1/2 swim.
