We had a wonderful experience at Arc Orthodontic Specialists for my daughter’s aligner scan. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were patient with her, explained the process clearly, and made her feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and very well organised. We were very impressed with the level of care and attention she received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering aligners.
Dr Lam and his team at ARC Orthodontics are amazing. Both of my children have recently had their braces removed, and the entire process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. Dr Lam always made them feel safe, comfortable and at ease, which made the experience such a positive one. We cannot recommend Dr Lam and the ARC team highly enough!

From the first initial consultation, we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. Everything was explained thoroughly. The place is amazing to walk in to and the view from the dental chair is something else. My sons first orthodontic experience was a positive one and such a smooth ride. Highly recommended!!
