You will walk out of Arc knowing that you have received quality dental treatment. I greatly appreciate Dr Jonathan's expertise in helping me correct my open bite. I can now eat properly!
The staff is really nice and welcoming. Had a great experience with them. I've been looking forward to get the best treatment from the orthodontist, but couldn't find one. Everyone was giving me options that were not good for me in long term. Then I visited him and he gave me the bestest treatment possible. This is my first and genuine review for any dentist. Dr Jonathan is really doing a good job with no unnecessary treatment.
The clinic is exceptionally clean, and the equipment is clearly state-of-the-art. Most importantly, Dr. Jonathan was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly professional throughout the entire visit. The nursing staff were also warm, welcoming, and very supportive, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. I can confidently recommend this clinic to anyone. Had a great experience at Arc Orthodontics. Dr Johnathan Lam did a fantastic job at straightening and fixing my teeth! The process was smooth and they guided me throughout the process. The staff were friendly and accomodating with scheduling. Would highly recommend giving Arc a visit.
