Lived here for about 2 years, overall one of the worst places I’ve lived at. The property is not well maintained, hallways have trash and people spill things all the time and it goes unattended for days. The walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING around you. Management is horrible with communication and they never call back if you request it!!!! Took a tour of this place with Alice and thought it looked great. Some of the items listed in previous reviews seem to have been taken care of. She answered all my questions and helped me understand everything.
Great building site of street is well plenty of parking and Great neighbors.
My boyfriend and I moved to Arc on Armour from Indianapolis and did a virtual FaceTime tour so we never really saw the building in person. We moved into a 2 bed 2 bath and the layout is spacious, as well as the patio space, but the lack of sun can be a major factor. Mac Properties management has been nothing but unhelpful and unorganized - and I know this from personal experience as well as feedback from friends of mine who have lived at their properties.
