Great place to live if you want packages stolen. Mac Properties has made zero effort to call me back on the 2 occasions I have called. The one time they did answer the phone I received vague answers that gave me no solution or answers. I was promised a call back and I’ve yet to hear anything. I only ever heard back because I responded to an email about trash removal on premise. The lack of communication or follow up isn’t excusable from a management company of this size. Lived here for about 2 years, overall one of the worst places I’ve lived at. The property is not well maintained, hallways have trash and people spill things all the time and it goes unattended for days. The walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING around you. Management is horrible with communication and they never call back if you request it!!!! The battery on my door died about once every 2 months, they tried lying saying it was due to some outage but it’s as easy as changing the battery out… so I was at risk of being ... read more
