Living at Arc on Armour was an absolute nightmare. Management completely neglects safety, privacy, sanitation, and basic tenant rights. There is zero security, we had homeless people wander onto the property and urinate right by the arcade area. I emailed management to ask for better security, and nobody ever got back to me. The parking lot is supposed to be secure, but unsupervised kids constantly run through it and climb the concrete walls to stare directly into ground floor apartment windows. Cons: It was an okay place to live until some families moved in who allow their small kids to yell right outside people's windows from 9pm until 1am about every night. They also allow the kids to play on bikes/scooters around people's parked cars in the "secure" parking lot that we pay extra money each month to be able to use. The package situation is also pretty bad because you often end up with deliveries but no access code to actually retrieve your package. Great place to live if you want packages stolen. Mac Properties has made zero effort to call me back on the 2 occasions I have called. The one time they did answer the phone I received vague answers that gave me no solution or answers. I was promised a call back and I’ve yet to hear anything. I only ever heard back because I responded to an email about trash removal on premise. The lack of communication or follow up isn’t excusable from a management company of this size.
