I wish I had read the Google reviews before visiting Dr. Faten Germanus. My experience with her was very disappointing. She came across as rude and unprofessional when I asked a simple question during my appointment. Instead of responding respectfully, her attitude made me feel dismissed and uncomfortable. I honestly don’t understand why someone would work in a clinic if they don’t seem to have patience for patients or their questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting her.
I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Hany Halka as my family doctor. I’ve known Dr. Halka for several years, dating back to when he practised at the Credit View in Britannia Clinic, and over that time he has consistently been thoughtful, kind, and attentive. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Fatin. At the end of my appointment, I tried to ask a simple follow-up question, but she didn’t even let me finish. Instead, she waved her hands in front of my face as if trying to silence me. Her body language was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I felt rushed out and treated like my questions didn’t matter. The interaction felt more money-driven than patient-focused. I will never return to this clinic and would not recommend her to anyone.
Dr Faten might be the worst, most impatient Doctor I have ever seen. Is extremely money minded and will only deal with one problem in an appointment. I don't even understand how she is still practicing.
