ARC Mechanical was a pleasure to work with installing our heat pump, from beginning to end. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.
ARC sent an estimator to my home right away following my initial phone call. He answered my questions thoroughly and with care. A quote came within a few days and my new heat pump was installed within their estimated time. Everything was accomplished with ease. Through Efficiency Vermont's rebate program, I received a massive cost reduction. I highly recommend ARC Mechanical!
Any bad reviews they get they label them as unrelated to their actual services. They’re unwilling to take accountability and proceed to be unprofessional and entitled. I’d recommend getting service elsewhere from people that know how to conduct business and themselves professionally.
Filming from the public is not a crime maybe tell your employees to mind their own business before calling the police on someone exercising their 1st amendment rights in public.
Excellent work by ARC in designing and installing three HVAC split units in our condo - two wall units and a ceiling cassette. ARC helped us through the HOA approvals and permit preparation, and the techs who did the install were proficient, thorough, and very courteous. We would highly recommend ARC for your HVAC needs.
