Business took three years to build a boat after initial time frame was 6 months. Police had to be involved to retrieve the boat and when it was surrendered, everything was stripped from the vessel. In total over $35,000 was spent with a $5000 product provided. Most of what was paid for was not on or with the boat (motors, batteries, rack for fishing rods, mount for the motor, fish finder, pedestals for seats, and others).
