Excellent care! My mom came out of rehab and therapy picked right up where they left off. Our nurse was knowledgeable and so sweet! She never left without answering our questions and was able to get to us on the weekend on short notice. We felt like we were a priority. It makes you feel good to know that your family member is in good hands after a major surgery. I would choose them again - no question! We

ARC Home Health provided excellent care for my mother. Nursing was professional and accessible, provided education and support in a caring and professional manner. My mother was very comfortable with nursing and therapy staff. Therapy and nursing worked together to ensure her return to a safe and functional level. Visits were scheduled and kept, communication was excellent. I recommend ARC Home Health without hesitation.

The nurses and managers don't communicate with their subordinates and update them with changing information. Instead they blame their staff and write them up for no reason to protect their own ineptitude . The managers lie to their bosses about what they said and did with patients to protect their jobs. Very unethical. Now one of the major unethical violators runs the place. As said in another review...lots of turnover! No wonder...when they do not treat their staff OR PATIENTS with trust and respect. I was dropped right in ... read more

This company's employees need to be re-evaluated, they do not know how to treat the elderly at all. And because we had a complaint about the nurse and asked to have a replacement they dropped my elderly mom. They came up with a complete lie and dropped my mom. For a company to lie about a patient is unacceptable. And not to mention after that point the case manager has been rude and unprofessional. Unbelievable!! I do not at all recommend this company to anyone.
