Dr. Amany Wisa is a highly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate eye doctor. When I developed an eye problem, she carefully assessed me, recognized the urgency, and promptly arranged a referral to the attending doctor at St. Michael’s Hospital. She has continued to follow up with genuine care and concern, and I feel fortunate to have her as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Wisa to anyone seeking excellent eye care.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The person was extremely rude and unprofessional, and did not communicate respectfully with customers. On one occasion, the phone was even hung up while the caller was still speaking. I also found that he was unable to provide clear or helpful information when customers had questions. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and I would not recommend this experience.
