Great service! Messaged yesterday with a question, and they emailed back within an hour. They called me today before I left and were able to answer further questions on the phone. Had to bring the kids in and they were super laid back about having two little folks in the office. They surreptitiously asked before offering popcorn, which I appreciated. ARC Tacoma is amazing! They are phenomenal to work with and the quality of print/product is always great as well. We work with them for a varity of needs for our business. We have printed numerous brochures, banners, misc. collateral throughout the years. The project manager, Robert Stiteler is accomodating and a great communicator. I really enjoy working with ARC and would reccomend to anyone looking for a reliable printing company. Thay are the best!
