terrible. Did business with ARC twice — hundreds of dollars each time — and got slow, expensive service both times. Days of waiting. Extra setup fees, rush fees, everything. Once they flat-out refused to do the job in the timeframe I needed. They made a big production out of scanning simple loose receipts and still charged a fortune. Then I tried two local spots in Ventura (one was Cyber Copy). Same work done in three hours for under $50. Night and day. ARC was ripping me off the whole time. Don’t waste your money.

Arc created and printed some flyers for an event I was part of. Good communication and service. They showed they are here for the community and even gave a discount since it was military related to help the Veterans.
