The ARC team did a fantastic job with their customer service. Although there were mishaps with the print job, they did everything they could to make it right and went above and beyond handling the process. This is the second time we have used ARC Document Solutions for file scanning. They make it so easy! From picking up the files from our office to the high quality scanning according to our file specs. But what I truly appreciate is the clear, timely communication through every step. Jess was amazing and kept us updating on each step.
