My project was rudely dismissed with no help as to offering me any alternative solutions. Just straight up flat "we don't do that." No sorry, no nothing. Told that and left to stand there like an idiot until I said thanks and left.
We worked with Arc on a custom digital wall covering for the Orange County Fairgrounds. Their team collaborated closely with our designers, quickly got proofs approved, and handled the install cleanly and professionally. The finished product looks fantastic in a high-visibility area — couldn’t be happier with the result!
