My father initially had a good experience at this ARC Dialysis location, but that changed when we, as his concerned daughters, started asking for more information about his care. Instead of transparency and professionalism, we were met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. Yadreil, the owner, handled the situation very poorly, making an already stressful time even more difficult. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Not recommended at all!!!!
