Le daré solo 2 por muchas razones, primera limpieza el lugar luxe bonito pero esta sucio los cuartos el baño ni se diga, luego te empiezan tu prosedimiento y te ponen la anestesia y se van se olvidan que estás ahí, regresa para empezar y sorpresa más nestecia porque paso más de una hora ahí anestesiada y la doctor no regreso hasta después de una hora 🤦🏻♀️mejor buscar otro lugar .
It doesn't seem like there is a point in writing a "bad" review because they never respond. I have had this issue with ARC before and my husband didn't want to go there but I talked him into going for his crown. My insurance said the co pay was 10% for a crown. The dentist said 30%. He told her no 10% and she checked again and came back and said, you're right 10%. Not Happy With My Experience I was referred to this office and thought it was going to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it has been the complete opposite. I should have realized there would be issues when I had my teeth extracted. I was told I would be under anesthesia, but instead I was given pills. It felt very misleading. It took hours for me to fall asleep, and my husband could hear me screaming from another room during the procedure. Real friendly staff! I came in as a new patient. Staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Kelly did a good job at explaining my options and even offered me a good plan. Only downside is wait time, overall I had a good experience
