When I first started at ARC it was great but in the past few months they went downhill. The only thing consistent about this facility is inconsistency. Somehow in their system my groups weren't being counted and they said I was behind I went with it and did extra groups weekly to catch up and they told me I wasn't. It got to the point my medication wasn't being called like they said it would be and I'd go days with out it, when I would reach out to get my medication filled I'd get no reply from my case manager so I'd message... read more
NKY ARC is the absolute worst of the worst! You have to advocate for yourself just to get care. The place needs to get it together, someone’s life depends on it!
