UPDATE: I Received a phone call from ARC apologizing to me for their confusion on this situation explained below. They did not have to go out of their way to do this, but they did. I love ARC Counseling!! They helped me get through a real difficult stretch in my life. Everyone in the office is so friendly. After a while it became the bright part of my day. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.
The staff are helpful in setting appointments and communicating changes. The therapists at ARC are highly capable and competent and are wonderful to work with.
My experience with ARC has always been great. Everyone I come in contact with at ARC is always professional, knowledgeable and kind. I've tried a couple other practices and none of them have felt as professional and organized as ARC is. I would highly recommend you check them out.
This place is great and I love their focus on diversity!
