I bought a car from them during the covid good services nothing to complain. Fast foward 2 week ago their rep called me. David tell me that im almost finished to pay my car and asked me if im interested to get financed vehicule with them wich i answer yes and and ask him what he have to offer. The. I tried to write a super detailed review because there are two sides to this story and I am a firm believer in being fair. However, google only lets me write so much. So ill try to do a shorter version. Pro’s.. James was amazing to deal with quick with replies and very knowledgeable in contract information. Really do like my new car. Cons Contract said 148000km on the car but actually had 155000km Was told warranty was 2 years unlimited km but actually 1 year, 20k Tires are choppy Sway bar link and alignment needed. Jan 2024 purchase a vehicle from ARC auto sales and the manager promises 4 winter tires on wheels. Still, waiting for 11 months after. Mattew Elliott, the salesperson I am dealing with, keeps telling me I will get them soon. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer. A little TLC goes a long way Unfortunately, this dealership does not have any. Sad... Mike N.
