They are selling broken washers. Soon as you hook it up you have to call the repair guy. Who wants to pay 160 dollar for a washer only to hook it up and it needs to be repaired. The company is rude when you tell them their stuff doesn't work. Spare yourself

I recently purchased a new oven, and my husband struggled to hook it up correctly. The stove/oven no longer worked the next day after my husband's tinkering. They immediately brought out a better oven, hooked it up and took away the old one. They also offered to hook up my new fridge and haul away the old one without me even asking.
