ARC/Aspirant has withheld unemployment from me, even after they said they wouldn’t. Nothing they say is to be believed.
Be careful when applying to this employer. ARC Administrators is now known as Aspirant. The Hamburg office is a toxic environment. Once a “favored” employee does not like you, they will come up with horrible lies about your personality and how you treat others. Their goal is to have you quit as they made each day worse. I had a terrible experience working at Arc. The training is really poor and when I asked questions I was constantly snapped at and told I was bothering the manager. I experienced very poor communication across the board, but specifically from the HR manager. Health insurance is mandatory to take. This was not mentioned in the employee handbook and the rep failed to go over the health insurance until 2 weeks after I started.
