This place is terrible. All of their centers should be shut down. They don’t care about their clients and only care about the amount of money they can charge insurance. People really need to watch what their insurance is paying versus what they actually received. For this place to be called a 'rehab' is a JOKE. I was court ordered here for 6 months and the facility is basically ran by interns. An intern is someone who completed the 6 months of treatment and is basically half client, half staff. They have about 5 CCS workers (these are the staff that are on the floor) per 160 clients (they can hold up to 300). Looks like a trap spot like you would see in tha hood..
The grounds are always covered with litter. The women have time to stand around and smoke, lay out trying to get a tan, or walk laps around the basketball court but taking ten minutes to clean up their own facility is just too much. I guess free rent, free food, free healthcare, free education, free job search, and free field trips doesn't leave much time to do anything that resembles work. I'm sure ARC can do wonderful things for some in dire situations. However the Owensboro facility is way over populated and literally treats their residents with little to no concern of their personal struggles with addiction. I'm no genius but it seems like the only things they are concerned with is filling the facility to it's capacity upwards of 300 and completing they're agenda.
