Ordered through door dash today. Didn't receive half my order. Door dash couldn't help and no one from Arbys would pick up the phone. Called off and on for a few hours. Couldn't leave work to go in person to speak with manager.

I work for Doordash and was just there to pick up an order. they told me the order was already picked up so I had to call Doordash to let them know. Doordash told me that it was not picked up so i had to get back in line again. When I went to the window to finally pick up my order. I told the girl that I had to call Doordash AND get back in the drive thru line again. She totally ignored me and I said to her, did you hear what I said. she said, I heard you and then shut the window in my face. I was fuming. the other girl came... read more

multiple items ordered were not given. sandwiches missing ingredients. staff speaking on personal cellphones talking about customers. dining area was gross with a lot of food on the floor. Tables were a dirty gross mess. All in all id save my money and eat somewhere else

I am only giving 5 stars to Jonathan who seemed to be the only one working from what I saw there was 2 other people working. But only looking at him and telling him what he needed. The poor boy was taking orders making fries and putting the orders together definitely didn't see any team work. Jonathan if you see this you should move on to a better job I really think you can find something better then that place. And for the 2 other girls that walked away from him when he needed help. I just had what was probably the best service I have ever had at a fast food joint. The young man who took my order was courteous and polite, brought my food to my table, and even offered to take my tray when I was done. Also made sure to ask if the order was right and if I enjoyed my meal. Food was good, but the service was EXCEPTIONAL! I was very impressed. Well done, Arby’s! That kid deserves a raise (Jonathan)! #Arby’s

My dumb self wasn't smart enough to look in my bag and my large curly fries were half empty. Glad I paid extra for a large.
