I went through the drive through today for lunch. The person manning the window was wearing his mask with his nose and mouth exposed. I asked for him to cover his face and he got attitude and told me I had to wear a mask as well. I happily put on my mask and as he’s handing me my food he says, again dripping with attitude, “Oh, thank you so much for wearing a mask!” I’d like to hear from Arby's how this is acceptable customer service and also how in Kansas, which has a mask mandate, why they allow their employees to wear mas... read more
RecommendedI don't usually leave reviews for fast food places, but I ordered delivery on postmates tonight, and it came fresh and fast with no issues. The pizza sliders are yummy!

I got the Texas brisket sandwich. Kinda skimpy. The last time Arbys had brisket those sandwiches had twice as much meat.
I was given a card worth 30% off all future purchases because a an error (which I did not complain about). It clearly stated "NEVER EXPIRES". The first time I tried to use it, the person at the drive up window asked to see the card (with a snotty attitude), which I did, he then tore it in half and said "We don't honor these anymore". I told him he can shove my order and I left. I never have since, and never will again buy anything from Arby's!!!

Quite frankly, um......Arby's is the best. The service is real good. Felt like the staff carried the right balance of pride and humility. It makes me not care that I have to wait four minutes for potato cakes. 👍
