Was told I couldn't use the restroom I can't order food first not when I have to go so I left I have been there before the last time the toilets where down and the place smelled like they where it was gross

Manger Amanda and Jass ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY DIDN'T PUT MEAT ON MY SANDWICH AND ACTED AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT!!! EVEN THREW HER HANDS UP AT ME WHILE HOLDING MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE PLACE EVER.
So I went to Arby's a few weeks ago and when i got home i discovered that they messed up my order. When I called them they wanted me to bring my food all the way back to get it replaced. I was not driving ll be way back there. I said "I don't think so". I contacted their customer service department and they were nice enough to send me 2 free meal cards. Today I go to Arby's and I order a meal and they tell me that they wont honor the card. WTH? The owner refuses to come out of the back office to talk to me. Arby's you suck. ... read more
