The food is great. Staff is friendly. There sre plenty of parking, and usually not crowded. But boy does this place need an upgrade to its ventilation system. The entire place stinks of cooking grease. There is a distinctive fog/mist permiating in the entire dinning room. And after I leave this place, my clothes smell like grease as well.
Great sandwiches
Great food and great owner.
It's just an Arby's inside, same as all the others. We ordered two sandwiches, which took about 1pmins for some reason, and they tasted horrible. EDIT: your customer service form doesn't work. I fill it out and it errors out after submitting EDIT 2: still a garbage restaurant. Arby's has yet to reach out to me to rectify this. I'll just do a charge back and hit this store with the dispute fee since we didn't get what we paid for. Disrespectful as hell
Came here because my usual location in Irvine just closed. The food is the same but the vibe feels different. I'm going to miss the Irvine location and the people there.
