Usually have not had issues with this Arbys in the past but today I ordered potato cakes and got potato cakes saturated in oil and covered in what looks like crumbs from the bottom of the fryer or something - gross 🤢
We had the Triple thick BTL and man was it good. The bacon � was to die for. We will be back. Y'all scored a home run in our books.

The food was good - hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. I had a beef and cheddar sandwich. It was plenty to eat and was delicious. I always use the wifi. This is one of very few fast food places with high speed Internet. There were several people eating there with laptops. Service was great and they seem to always clean.

This Arby's is the worst! Just had the worst customer service experience ever! They forgot one set of fries so my husband went back for them. When he got there he asked them to please remake his sandwich since now it was cold. They refused because he didn't bring it with him. Really???? Now he had to come home and get the sandwich and his drink to get a refund. What a horrible way to treat customers! Will never go back there. I can go across the street to whataburger and get great service and much better food.

It's now been 2 years since this franchisee told me that there was nothing wrong with my Arby's Jr. sandwich they served me at the other store they own. It was just plain nasty. Unfortunately for all of the other Arby's, corporate never responded, so I've not been back since. I used to go to Arby's at least once a week. Lousy, lousy franchisee.
