they refused to take my orders inside ..ask for a mask to make order.. refused to give me mask.. walk to drive through window.. to order food.. refused to take order.. I'm in a 1 ton with a 32, traler.. if they want u to use a mask they need to have them to hand out.. ..
This Arby’s was pure trash the customer service was horrible and the young man with all the tattoos as a matter of fact more tattoos than a tattoo shop never said good afternoon may I help you he just had a blank dead stair He looks very unclean and no one in the band wore mask or gloves I did not see him wash his hands after handling my money then he handled the food the fries in everything they were all nasty the only people that were clean were the ones in the back preparing the food

Waited 10 min in order line no one came to take our order thought may it was broke drive up to window and waited 5 more minutes then a guy came in thur the door and immediately started taking orders on his headset. He finally came and we try to explain that we needed to place a order he said move up your truck is too loud and then he said you are not listening to me we pulled up and out of the parking lot he was so rude and his tone of voice was not polite you have lost my business and everyone else I know!!!1
They always get the orders wrong and then tonight I found a hair in my beef and cheddar sandwich. 🤢
tried to go for lunch apparently they are out of beef and wont be ready for 30 min. guess Arby's in Lake Worth does not have the meats!!!!!
Horrible customer service. The guys that work there look like they bathe in lard and very rude. They will ignore people in the drive through then antagonize you after expressing concerns. I reported to corporate and will receive free meals for the horrible experience but don't blame Arby's. I blame personal emotional conflict with the staff who apparently does not enjoy serving the public with common respect and proper customer service. I got immediate refund, I expected boogers in my sammich. Horrible, horrible experience.
Mmm. Good Rueben sandwiches. Not the best I've ever had, but still good.
