will NEVER EAT AT ARBYS AGAIN. Went to the centerville rd location in Garland, Texas. Have NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. The restaraunt screwed up our entire order, i can't even tell you how bad. and when they screwed it up they were RUDEEEE BEYOND COMPARE that we expected them to fix it. they told us the mellow yellow was out and no good and so we told them dr pepper was just fine. when we got the drink it was the worst tasting mellow yellow in the cup after telling us the drink was out and no good. I just had the brown sugar bacon 🥓 roast beef sandwich and curly cue fries 🍟 for it was delicious!!!

We went on 7/13 @2:23 pm Andrew was the drive thru person taking the order he didn't ask what drinks we wanted I had to tell him wasn't friendly at all didn't communicate no smile on his face didn't say thank you I mean the worse service ever at that location the curly fries where nasty seem like they where sitting there for hours. I have try to call the restaurant and no one answer seems like its a fax machine.

This location isn't good. No customer service is provided, employees and the general manager Christy are rude. I found a hair in my cup also. I've complained several times and no one ever calls me and nothing changes at this location. Will NEVER be back here.

I ordered the brisket sandwich today and when I got to my office to eat it, there was NO MEAT on the sandwich!! Only pickles and the onion strings. I paid $10 for bread with pickles and onion strings!! The guys in the drive thru are bad also. They asked for my order 3 different times. I should have known then!! I will not be going back to this store again.
