More than ten minutes in the drive thru but only one car in front of us. Employees were throwing condiment packets at each other when we got to the window. Fries were over cooked and no Arby’s sauce given as requested. Terrible service. I love Arby’s but this type of experience will greatly impact my fast food choices moving forward.
The a/c was not working and was just as hot as outside (100°+). Ridiculous for the employees and customers. Never again.
The A/C want working when I was there.
This Arby's was very clean when we walked in at about 530pm. It was not very busy. The employee taking our order at the counter was pleasant & thorough. Our order was brought to our table fairly quickly. I rang the bell twice.
