My beef sandwich cold curly fries were burnt and hard..
I watched them throw my pre-cooked hamburger patty into the deep fryer and pull it out and put it in the microwave to melt the cheese. They then put in onions only to notice I ordered no onions and pulled them off, leaving some behind. They also used “the force” to cook the fries, no timer, moving them from fryer to fryer. I don’t send food back for people like this as they are the ones likely to spit in food. In hindsight I should have just asked for a refund. Nice and clean and food was good. Feels like the fish was just put in the fryer after I ordered cos it was about 7 minutes before I got my food and that sucker was HOT! Not greasy though but tasty. I enjoyed my meal.
