I went to Arby’s on my lunch break and completely forgot my wallet after standing in line for 10 minutes in the drive thru. The shift manager on duty that day, his name was Anthony, pulled out cash from his own pocket and paid for my meal saying “I understand, it happens”. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you Anthony for being so kind and understanding. 💜

This is by far the cleanest Arby's restaurant in Amarillo, however, I will leave here now without ordering food and I will not return. The filthy language that my children and I heard from the kitchen was terrible. S#!: this and F+:# that. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

They need to put an arbys in Plainview tx mostly all we have are hambugar and pizza and chicken places need something different
Staff outnumbered customers and still couldn't prepare a Reuben and sweet tea. Was treated poorly by the inattentive staff resulting in asking for my money back. Had a bag of chips from the gas station next door while my family ate. The most dismissive of all the staff appeared to be the GM or possibly the franchisee.
