horrible my food had haur in it and my sandwhich was cold
My son and I went this evening to try the New Big Kahuna Sandwich. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the sandwiches, when we got home neither sandwich had the chicken patty in it. So disappointed. If it wasnt for the storm I would have taken them back. Not sure Ill try again.
RecommendedBeen coming here for years n never had a bad experience! Only place open last year right after the hurricane and lines outside the building and the staff was still amazingly polite

Thanks for being one of the first restaurants to open back up after Hurricane Irma in Winter Springs, Florida. Your staff handled the huge crowd in a friendly and competent manner. I was thankful to have a nice lunch in a comfortable, air-conditioned restaurant during the aftermath of the storm.

The staff at this Arby's is phenomenal. Being open the day after a hurricane, busy as hell and still churning out orders left and right. Every single one of these employees deserves a raise. Also those loaded curlys were phenomenal ❤️ 9001/10

I was just there today for lunch. Wasn't sure they would even be open today , alot of restaurants weren't. The drive thru line was crazy. Spilling out onto Tuscawilla road. We decided to go inside. 1 cashier in there and he was absolutely amazing! Perfect personally to keep people calm and the lines moving. I didn't get his name but that man deserves a raise, a promotion, something! They we all very pleasant and surprising quick for the amount of people there wanting food. Great job Arby's!!!

I think they're great! I went yesterday around lunch, I was in and out of the drive thru in No time and my special orders were exactly right! The young man working the drive thru was very very nice and he got everything right; I'll be back for sure! Ding ding, Bell Ring!!

Why does the large mint chocolate shake differ from the other sizes? I get a large and it don't come with whip cream or chocolate pieces. How about advertising it may differ based on size....
