I am NOT happy tonight! Entire order came out wrong after a 11 minute wait! I ordered a Roast beef slider with a curly fry.My fries are cold an hard as a Rock! I also ordered a coke float an got root beer with whipped cream i asked for none...No napkins nor sauces in bag.The young lady said we werw waiting on fresh chicken for my mom.Her sandwich is cold an she also didnt get her fry also had whipped cream on her drink.People really need to pay attention to detail an communicate better in these environments...Not Happy with ... read more

This location was my second visit! They staff is always nice and I live for the jamicha shakes 💓

I went to this location tonight (Monday night after Irma). I specifically asked in drive thru if they had fries and horsey sauce before I ordered and was told yes. I ordered my meal (small btw). When I came to pay and after I already handed the cashier my card was asked if I wanted to sub mozzarella sticks since they were out of fries. I'm lactose intolerant but since I also ordered my kid mozzarella sticks, I figured I would give them to him. Checked my bag when handed- no horsey sauce. Was told they were out. 1830 on a Sunday and no turnovers. Then when I picked up my order (drive thru ), I had curly fries vice potato cakes. So asked to pull up while they drop potato cakes. Guy that brings out the cakes say that they just dropped the turnovers and that when I come back I'll be glad because they are so much better fresh. Yes, they will be more fresh, but I have to drive back, it's not like I was dining in! Food was good, but.....

Fish sandwich was great me and my mom had it last night.curly fries were fresh and no extra salt was on them this time which was very good.

They only had 2 chicken tenders, not 3 Not a problem i said hey knock a dollar off my child wouldn't eat three anyway Their response? We'll do one better and not charge. Then they were out of pita bread but allowed me to substitute any bread so i chose Hawaiian sweet roll with gyro. Awesome! So where they slipped up they quickly made up for it! And the gyros are great! Always keep these on the menu!
