I just came through I’m on my lunch break I ordered a number 11 just the sandwich I have my receipt I keep calling it says your busy you guys forgot my chicken on my sandwich I will bring my receipt back tomorrow by the time I get outta work you guys will be closed

Worst meal for $16.30 potato cakes were ice cold fries were soggy and cold, my sandwich was on stale bun, never again will I waste my money at this location.

got to actually dine in unlike so many other places these days
my husband went threw the drive thru and ordered food. he ordered a chicken bacon swiss meal. well I'm very disappointed as the chicken is like rubber and stretchy. he is unable to even eat the sandwich. the curly fries were fresh but the sandwich is not fresh at all like was asked. for spending $9 on a meal I would expect food made the way you order it especially when you ask for it to be made fresh. fresh means fresh put down and cooked. not warmed up after been sitting all evening.

Store #5963 has a great employee named Megan. She was working drive-thru on the afternoon of 24 July 2020. Her attitude was infectious. She made our experience great and that is not something that happens often with fast food.

It doesn't matter what day of the week I order from Arby's in Ponca City they never get it completely right. Today I got unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. Just one day I wish my meal would be correct.
