The worst Arby's I've ever been to staff is rude food was horrible...never again

almost a half hour to get one roast beef and potato cakes with only 4 people in front of me. Several employees just standing around staring into space and doing nothing. Apparently no supervision and no manager. If there was a manager, he/she should be fired on the spot. Never ever eat at this Arby's location.

Food was good, we had to wait only because breakfast had just ended and they hadn't made lunch food yet
Buddies food wasnt really edible, mine was cold...someone didnt care.

Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I had to honk my horn to get the attention of the employees standing around. I asked about our food, and he brings us the wrong stuff. Our order had been sitting at the drive thru window the whole time, right in front of me. He hands it to me and the food is ice cold. Here we are, waiting again for hot food. What a waste of time and money. I will never come to this location ever again.

Man do you all have some work to do here. This place is always slow no matter what time of day. Zero customer service. Zero urgency when it is busy. Just waited 15 min for three sliders and a sandwich. Couple after me waited the same time too. When an employee was asked how much longer she said "I don't know, I just got here" and then went back to changing a garbage bag.

I just left the drive thru at 8:30pm and saw an employee repeatedly spray a large amount of whipped cream into his palm and lick his hand clean. He then wiped his spit filled hand onto his dirty red apron. I'm repulsed!
