put meat in their wraps that cost 8 dollars and shrank. I am beyond pissed. a tomato ,lettuce a piece and no chicken at all.

The manager (Jordan) was extremely pleasant to deal with and very polite. I will definitely continue to patronize this Arby's due to his excellent communication and people skills. You don't see that very often at a fast food restaurant.
They messed my order up each time I go there and then I ask for a refund on something they mess up on and they don't even give back the right change or try to make it right to me I will never go there again
Newly renovated restaurant. I asked for an orange creme milkshake and they were out. Ordered the four piece mozzarella sticks and a vanilla milkshake. The manager was kind to write in the receipt for a free milkshake, however as I was eating the mozzarella sticks on my way back to work, there was barely any cheese in all four of them! Seems the cheese leaked out while being cooked because it was so hallow inside all the breading! l have a photo to prove it. Please serve better quality cheese sticks.
I work at Jeep and my coworkers and I go quite frequently. Never again I got food poisoning last night when I went on my lunch break. I will be SURE to spread caution throughout the Jeep plant.
