Food was hot and taste. LOVE the mint shake. Lots of smiles and laughter. Floors were clean and the restroom were clean as well.

I ordered chicken strips curly fries and a milk shake on my way to work. When he handed me the milk shake there was stuff all over the cup. Because it was to hard to wipe the cup off before he handed me the cup. Then I had asked for cheese as my dipping sauce well again it takes a rocket scientist to make sure the lid is on because when I reached in to get a napkin to wipe off the milk shake from my hands, I reached in and stuck my hand in cheese sauce. Just went thru the drive thru going to get my favorite thing of life mozzarella sticks ...bite into the first one and get old greasy been sitting around all day sticks....very sad and disappointed

Had the new fajita flat bread and wow it was so good!!!! The customer service has improved immensely over time and the remodel has really improved the atmosphere and seating.
I think Arby's should price match McDonald's dollar drinks

This place is terrible 20 minute wait for a mid #5 are you serious this is ridiculous. One car in front of us and one behind us and we are still waiting!!
I really like arbys food, but I really dislike the announcer on tv. He makes you want to go to mcdonalds. He very obnoxious.
