I visited Arby’s today to try the new Chicken Pecan Sandwich, and I had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel valued as a customer from the moment I walked in. One team member in particular went above and beyond by helping me to my car, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture.
