3rd and last time! Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too, hands down!
Asked if they did lettuce wraps since we eat low carb(other Arby’s do) They said they didn’t and when I asked for extra lettuce to make my own they were gonna charge me for it. When I asked what seemed to be the manager how much she pretty much ignored me and the nice young lady who felt really awkward being in the middle couldn’t get an answer either. She finally asked the cook to give me extra lettuce and he did.
I like Arby’s products & I usually go through the drive-thru. But today I observed a filthy bathroom. Obviously long term neglect. Same thing in the dining area. Even the sign on the wall beside the counter had not been cleaned in a long while. From the other posts, it seems this is a serious housekeeping issue. If this doesn’t improve, I won’t be back. Lots of money wasted on TV ads to have slackers running your customers off.
This restaurant was very nasty! Every table in the restaurant was dirty, counter where the drink machine was was extremely filthy, bathroom was terrible and the boy taking our order act like he hated being there. Had a attitude problem. Then you see two employees sitting in the dining area, one was eating and the other would jump up if someone came to the drive through. Every single time we come here the food is wrong. I am sick of getting refunds just to come back and have to get another refund bc they screw it up again. I have worked drive thru, I have literally done this job myself, and although I understand that mistakes happen, the sheer amount of screw ups from this location is mind boggling. The only explanation is sheer laziness or incompetence. No more tries for this place.
When there are customers waiting but Your phone is more important.
Waited too long at the counter (no one else was there) before an employee acknowledged me. They saw me standing there but ignored me.
