My experience at Arby's of Rocky Mount was less than satisfying to say the least. In multiple visits to the Rocky Mount location it has never failed to disappoint. I have had to wait for my food almost every time I have visited; in upwards of ten to fifteen minutes. After waiting I found that my food was cold. Also the General Manager did not seem to sympathetic towards me and some other customers when something went wrong. The gm at this store is hatefull towards the employees. GM told an employee that she put one of their co-workers in the hospital because she didn't send him home. He forgot to bring his medicine to work . (She didn't send him home because he didn't want to leave.) Come to find out the man never was in the hospital! She did all this to get the poor girls anxiety going. The GM also is best friends with the wife of the district manager.
