I felt highly disrespected at this Thomasville NC Arbys. I overheard an employee say to another employee “I think her name is Karen” while pointing in my direction. They didnt give me the correct sandwich twice....that’s incompetence on their part. If it makes me a Karen to go back and ask for the correct sandwich, then so be it!

In the past, I’ve gone to this location several times per month. In the last three weeks, I’ve been very disappointed. One day I came by at 1030......they weren’t open, despite the sign clearly stating they open at 10. The next visit, they got my order wrong, my son doesn’t like red ranch on his sandwich......she repeated my order twice, so I didn’t check the bag.......got to work, both sandwiches had lots of red ranch.....then today at 1020, you’re still not open on time.

Very terrible hand breaded chicken sandwich. 3 small pieces of chicken tenders instead of chicken breast. will not eat there again.

My husband paid nearly $25 for an order that was grossly wrong. We have called 16 times in less than 30 minutes, and the phone goes to a fax machine, and of course no one answers. We could not return for a 20 mile drive, and two members of the family have nothing to eat. All we wanted was to speak to someone.

I haven’t had a good experience in the past with this Arby’s. I went back the other day hoping for a better visit. Walked in to order something to go. They could not find the front end cashier. They didn’t know her password for the register so they couldn’t ring me up. One employee went looking for her. He found her minutes later next door at Taco Bell. Said she would be here in a minute. I was walking out no bothering to stand there another minute when the drive thru lady said well I can take your order if you want. After 5... read more

my experience tonight after spending almost 50 dollars is absolutely pathetic every sandwich we got was a disaster from missing items to wrong sandwiches to 3 jalapeno bites to wrong drinks etc etc etc never going to Thomasville arbys again 8 employees 2 working and the rest busy being hoodrats disgusting experience. Lexington arbys need to come train them on how to make a sandwich among other things smh

The girl in the drive thru window is very rude!! They didn’t get my order right it was just one sandwich only and still didn’t get it right!!

no roast beef to start. then I got the cobbler but i only had two small pieces of Turkey and sloppes in mayo
