DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went to this location tonight to grab a quick dinner for me and my 1 year old child. Half way through my sandwich, I noticed MULTIPLE HAIRS on one side of the bun. How nasty! This is unacceptable and definitely NOT okay.
Walked into the restaurant at 8:53 took a minute or two for some one to acknowledge that I was here. I was told someone would be right with me. Five minutes later a young woman that was cleaning the dinning area comes over with her cell phone in her hand texting or facebooking finally puts the phone down and takes my order. She is more worried about her phone then servicing people. I don’t recommend this location
Arby's charged me for my meal plus what I guess was the meal of the person behind me yesterday (in two separate transactions) and won't refund my money without a receipt! How long do all of you hang on to your fast food receipts? Also, I obviously don't have the receipt for the unauthorized charge! I have bank records, but apparently that's not good enough. cool.
Just drove off when no one would take order in drive through
Nothing worse than getting home and half your order is missing. We ordered two large fries with our meals and they were not in the bag.
