You require a mask to go thru drive thru??? I was refused service shortly ago by an extremely rude employee! I have to trust you idiots with preparing and handling my food and change with no guarantee your not sick!! I will not be returning to any Arby’s ever!! There is no law I have to wear a mask in my home or vehicle and get over your fear mongering!!! You are acting like Nazis Arby’s and you lost a lifetime customer!!
Ugh smh my order was very simple 2 chicken sandwiches fresh and small curly fries fresh. Why the employees making the sandwiches get and attitude. I don’t eat warm or cold food. Now it appeared as though she got the chicken that just came up. Nope both of my sandwiches was Luke warm. Smh but you want $15 per hour hmmm not!! I didn’t send it back just got my food and left.
