We are regulars to Arby's, great alternative to McDonald's- because thoes are the options in spring lake. 5 stars until last week when we ordered drive through and my wife's sub was not in the order. Drove all the way home before we realized it was not included. 15 minute drive home, called said they had it there. I drove back to get "a new warm" French dip. We have been coming here on and off for a lot of years. Here's what we have learned. Most of the employees are super nice, but somewhere the service falls short and I feel like it's at the training or management level. They commonly use up old, soggy fries in our large orders, but put hot ones on top. Often fries are not full as well. Don't even bother with the new xl size. They won't be full.
