Went to the Apple Ave Arby's last night and the drive thru cashier kept our change never offered any sauce. When I called to inquire about the money I was told "I am sure it wasn't done intentionally not come back and get your money" We won't return to your location...

RecommendedWent in for a bite to eat and there was an elderly lady who couldnt speak English. They worked with her for a while to make sure she was content with her order. one guy even came from the back to help translate!
