Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss meal. Paid for bacon and swiss cheese on my chicken sandwich. Received a regular chicken sandwich. Forgot to put Arby’s sauce in the bag also after my husband asked for it so he had to drive back around. Fries taste cold and old. Do not recommend.
the nite shifts here jus dont care how they send food out their restaurant. The nite staff needs better training period. I'm spending my money n want good hot quality food not sum cold burnt up crap. Food cold. Burnt n hard. would yall eat that mess. Employees need better training on packing food up n how to run a business to b better. RecommendedI usually love arbys but here recently were waiting 30 minutes for our food. and lastnight we had a employee take our order rudely, slam the drive thru door in our face, pretty much throw our drinks at us and then had us waiting for 30 minutes for our food. 3 stars

Admittedly it had been years since I was at an Arby’s. I remember why. The teeny $9 salad is and always not worth the money. More lettuce core than even actual lettuce. Pretty sure I could get better flavor from McDonald’s. It will be a long time before I return
Food was good and freshly cooked at the time of ordering. Haven’t gotten the Smokehouse Brisket in a while, and was slightly disappointed with it. The brisket was not very smoky, most of the smoke flavor came from the sauce. Not to say it wasn’t good, but I feel like the brisket itself used to have a more distinct natural smoked flavor. Overall 4 Stars though, because everything else was spot on.

wife went in yesterday to buy our dinner. I am home with the flu. the Brunswick stew is what I wanted. she also got some beef and cheddar and two chocolate milk sakes. that Brunswick stew is so bad I gave it to the dogs. it was all broth and hardly anything else much less any chicken! the shakes had a chalky taste to them. as if someone put something in there that was not to be there. as for the sandwitches. they were ok but not great. as for the service. well the service. if your white don't go. that is all I can say about ... read more
