RecommendedFood is good, service is fast, menu has variety of options
Every single time I have ordered from this restaurant drive thru (half a dozen times now), they have forgotten some thing. Twice they have forgotten a beef & cheddar sandwich. Tonight they did not put turkey or bacon on my farmhouse salad, and they did not put any fries in the bag for a combo meal. I am so frustrated when I get home and find that one or two members of my family is without food, especially because I paid for it (and Arby’s isn’t cheap!). I help customers all day. I feel that if I gave the attention to detail that I received here I would have been out of business years ago. I know working fast food is difficult, years ago when I worked as a bus-boy it was hard work day in and day out. I learned a lot with my first job and I tried to always do my work correctly first and fast second. The speed will come with repetition. Doing it right the first time, won't.
My friends just came home from your location. One of them cut their arm on one of the doors while exiting.
