The guy acted as if he didn't want to be there and forgot the only item I ordered, a drink.
Great place to sit and eat
Food was ok but service not great. The guy at the drive thru acted as if he didn't want to be there. He almost forgot my drinks and didn't give napkins or the sauce I asked for. Both sandwiches were missing pickles and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Just hard cheese. It left much to be desired. I will say, the chicken sandwich was nice and crisp.
Visited Arby's late recently and this was my experience. Ordered a large crinkle cut fries and a chicken sandwich. Initially, I received the wrong fries in my order. "No biggie, I'll just go in and get them changed", I thought. That was until I saw the man who attended me toss the curly fries I brought in BACK INTO the fry bin.
