I sure do hope management read these, I stop in once or twice a month and am usually greeted by the same cashier, Brittany. She's really great and always smiling even at the busiest time. I often avoid other restaurants because how rude the drive through cashiers are. So thanks arbys for having a good staff member! Treasure that
Me and my son just left his location after stopping for lunch he was eating his burger and found a pubic hair in it he took it to the counter where he was quickly offered a new burger in replace of the one that he had I think it's kind of ridiculous you would even find something like that in a burger and is all they can do is offer him a new one no apology nothing I think I deserve something better than an extra sandwich when I find someone's freaking Crotch hair in my food

Good Sandwiches,but I wish they would serve carryout customers on foot, trikes ,or bikes.
Why is it this store can never get an order right! french dip with no aujus, missing sandwiches,have to remind them for drink. they never forget to take the money but have screwed up every time we go through the drive through.even asked the gal if it was all there
