Ordered 4 beef and cheddars at the drive thru. Got to the window and paid. Was handed a Coke. Didn't order a Coke. Told 2 minutes later they were out of roast beef? A: Why didn't they just tell me at the speaker they were out of roast beef so I wouldn't have to sit there behind 3 other cars for 15 minutes? B: Why on earth would you charge my card if you had no intention of handing me my order? Apparently you don't have the meats OR the smarts.
RecommendedThe staff at Arby’s on 135 was so friendly, considerate, mannerly, and most of all enthusiastic! It is refreshing when you can feel the team culture in the dining area and the teammates genuinely look to enjoy working together. Very pleased with our dining experience and the atmosphere. Very clean restaurant and quick service too! Food was delicious. Great work by the management and team working together for success! I don’t post a whole lot of reviews. But we will definitely be visiting more often and you should too!
RecommendedWe had a great experience today! My friend and I brought our 5 kids, 5yo and under for lunch after preschool! Everyone was so friendly and patient. They showed attention to each kid, even brought them a little treat at the end! We will definitely be back
