Double check the order prior to presenting it to the customer. Multiple times I come to this location get home only to find items that I ordered are missing. Additionally stop stuffing items in one bag where food is spilling out and bag is tearing. Food is good. Service and accuracy are the worst.
Wales in today. a A few teens (4) were the only ones inside. Immediately stepping in the floor was dirty and sticky. Didn’t just happen. Woman at the counter had long, unkept hair with no hat or hair net on. Immediately felt uneasy. Then started to look around, walls, ceiling, all were just really bad. Felt dirty. Recommendedfish sandwich special, 2 for the price of 1.
Waited 5 mins to order. Then waited another 15 for food. Only for our first order to not be given to us and had to wait another 10 mins. All while the employees didnt apologize or let us know what was going on. Honestly one of the worst arbys I've been too.
