Actually not people friendly. Shelbyville TN store Locked the door even as I Was trying to open it. 2:00 in the afternoon. SMH 🤦♂️

I have been to this Arby’s about 6 times and of those 6 times 4 of them they were out of Arby’s sauce. They always say, we just ran out, which is hard to believe ever time. So the last time I went before I ordered I asked if they had it and, of course, they had just ran out. So I’m just going to stop trying to eat from there. On Jun 2, 2020, we bought dinner at the drive-thru of your Minnetonka location off of Highway 101. We wanted to call out a not-so-nice experience. As a side note, we keep returning to this location for offering our business on the basis of enjoying what Arby's has to offer, ALTHOUGH, history has been unkind to us at this spot as more often than not a piece of the order ends up not found in our bag/s upon checking at the window or after we get all the way to our home.
